DT1025 Hydraulic bench adaptation kit

DESCRIPTION :

During maintenance operations requiring hydraulic power, the hydraulic bench Pressure/Return hoses must be connected to the helicopter hydraulic Tank. The adaptation kit allows the connection between the hydraulic test bench and the helicopter. It consists of more flexible piping to reduce the forces induced on the hydraulic tank’s selfs. The return piping is equipped with an elbow adapter in order to reduce interference with the MGB engine/ firewall.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

The Pressure Hose consists of:

• 1 Flexible Hose Norm 853-2SN length 930 mm
• 1 Coupler + Cap PN : T015519S4-12D
• 1 Coupler + Cap PN 155S5-8D

The Return Hose consists of:

• 1 Flexible Hose Norm 853-2SN length 970 mm
• 1 Coupler + Cap PN : TB01551954-8D
• 1 Coupler + Cap PN 155S5-8D
• Compatible with the characteristics of the hydraulic system
• Nominal pressure: 210 bar / Pump flow: 11 L/ min / Hydraulic fluid: MIL PRF 83282 (optional MIL PRF 87257)
